You are a pharmacist and you need to brew up medicine to heal your sick patients. Each patients have different combinations of sicknesses and it's your job to counter them.

the gameplay is a little repetitive... plus some sterotypical potrayal of what is defined as "healthy". maybe with some different endings (depending on how well you do the customers bidding or how you interact with them), different types (body/skin types) of customers, and perhaps dialogue options? This game has tons of potential!!
